GENERAL WEAKNESS IN WOMEN
Women body is a little more complex as compared to men due to reproductive functions and so a woman’s life is more complicated as compared to a man’s ,she has to struggle with many situations through out her life because of varied roles,both physically as well as mentally.
It affects her body and brain, which causes disturbances in physical and mental functioning, which if not taken proper care of may results in generalized weakness and other problems.

MEDICATION:-Ashwagandha ,kesar,Bala ,cinnamon,blackpepper,turmeric and ginger powders in equal amounts ,mixed well.1 spoon of this mixture taken with 1 spoon of honey and warm water twice a day for 2-3 months will help in increasing energy levels,boost metabolism and bring a sense of well being and good health.
